1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PitchGhost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. Usage of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly depending on your plan). You can manage your subscription through the Settings page.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the service. Please contact support to request a refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree not to use PitchGhost to:

  • Generate spam, phishing, or malicious content.
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

PitchGhost and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
